We are a medium sized company that was started in 1995 and we would be looking to render a service to you in the fields of refurbishment, fabrication, installation and assistance with the commissioning of Mining Plants and Machinery in Southern Africa and all over the world.

Our expertise lies within the mining environment in general as we have been involved with mining machinery and plants for a long time (approximately 30years). We are of opinion that the smaller sized companies (like ourselves) are very capable and still eager to render the service that a paying client deserves.

We serve the complete mining sector across the mineral spectrum from gold, diamonds, platinum, copper, cobalt, coal, cement, asbestos, iron ore, tantalite, zinc, phosphates, aggregates, quarries and others.

Coming from a heavy engineering background our line of expertise is as follows:

Engineering design on plant equipment and machinery, structural steelwork, conveyor systems and pipework;

Design drawings & Shop detailed drawings in AutoCAD, CAD Worx Plant, PROKON and other software;

Project Management services on smaller sized projects (up to USD30 million );

Refurbishment of equipment & machinery on a wide range;

Fabrication, Installation & Commissioning of Plants inclusive of civil and electrical work;

Engineering consulting on the different types of mills, winders, kilns, tipplers, crushers, conveyors, gears, pumps, pipe work
and other similar equipment.

Mineral Process Designing and consulting on metallurgical accounting (i.e. loss of gold, etc.)

Supply of mineral processing machinery and equipment i.e. mills, mill ends, gears, elution columns, screens, etc.

Quality Assurance services are rendered to clients that if manufacturing is done at remote venues

Training services on plant equipment and maintenance, Safety procedures, Planned Maintenance Systems, etc.

Audit services on plant safety, plant maintenance, personnel skills, etc.

On site welding repairs on cracked shells, riding rings, support rollers, winder brake patch cracking, replacement of mill shell segments that has worn thin, repairing of mill liner bolt holes that has worn oval, repairing of girth gear teeth that has broken, upgrading of castings, weld repairs on slag pots, etc. All NDT could be included.

Installation and modification of winders, mills, crushers, kilns, conveyors, thickeners, structures, etc.

On site repairs of equipment i.e. girth gear changeovers, pinion gear replacements, white metal bearing changeovers, drive train alignments with laser, kiln riding ring changes, mill end changeovers, etc.

Scheduled inspection (of the mechanical condition of above mentioned machinery and report on finding,
vibration monitoring on rotating machinery)

Our site crews can relocate a complete Plant including the re-installation and commissioning.

Fabrications of items up to 90 tons, including mills, girth gears, pinion gears, pressure vessels, gearboxes, structural steel and stainless steel and special materials if required (i.e. galvanizing baths, etc.)

Supply of mill grinding balls, elution column filters, bearings, chute liners, variable speed drive units, etc.

Up to date we have rendered our services to clients in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Tanzania, DRC, Mali, Mauritania, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Russia, Kazakhstan, Eritrea, Spain, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Kazakhstan and Philippines. No destination is too far.
